  1. Who we are. rideskout ("we") runs rideskoutapp.com. Contact: hello@rideskoutapp.com. Email us
  2. A pilot. The service is in an early pilot. Any feature may change, pause or end at any time. This can happen with or without notice.
  3. What rideskout does. We list places, transporters and organisations. We collect requests for transport to a place. We do not provide, run or guarantee transport. We are not part of any arrangement between families, students, organisations and transporters.
  4. Using the service. Give accurate information. Share only details that are yours, or that you may share. Don't misuse the service, copy it in bulk, disrupt it or try to break it. Don't post anything unlawful, false or harmful.
  5. Listings and counts. Listings and counts show what people and organisations tell us. Where we have checked a fact, we say so (for example, that an organisation runs a campus). If we don't say so, we have not checked it. Make your own checks before you agree to anything.
  6. Feedback. You may send feedback and ideas. We may use them freely, without payment or obligation. We don't have to act on them, answer them or credit them.
  7. No warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
  8. Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the service. The same applies to any arrangement made through it. During the pilot, our total liability is limited to what you have paid us. That is nothing.
  9. No paid services yet. Nothing on rideskout is an offer, a sale or a contract for services. If we add paid services, they will have their own terms. You would accept those separately.
  10. Our content. © rideskout. All rights reserved. You may share links and the share images the site offers. Anything else — the site, its design, text and compiled data — needs our written permission. Map and place data from Google stays under Google's terms. rideskout, rideskoutapp and the rideskout logo are our trade marks. Don't use them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you. Don't copy listings, contacts or counts in bulk, by hand or by software.
  11. Removing content and access. We may remove content, or limit or end access, at our discretion — for example to stop misuse.
  12. Changes. We may change these terms at any time. This page always shows the current version and its date. If you use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
  13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have jurisdiction.
